An Apologize

Life has been turn upside down this passed years.. I got birth sooner than the due date, makes me unable to post any baby haul post that I've already promising.. I don't even had a chance to bought diapers, breast pump and so many other stuffs.. I walked down to the hospital with just bringing my self in a pajama.. I even forgot bringing my wallet, because we were shocked that it happens very soon..

When we got back home from the hospital, it became more difficult.. My husband had to work out of town so basically there will be only three of us at home, me, my first daughter and the baby.. I felt very exhausted every day and writing a blog is not something that I want to do..

Now my little baby is 17 months old, she already be a beautiful independent toddler.. I can write a blog now since she's not so depending with me anymore.. I already start blogging at the end of last year but in my other blog.. The blog is all about food, and mothers activity, not about make up at all.. If you like you can check it out..

I will try to blog about make up again because I miss wearing make up, get dressed and just go out somewhere.. I'm apologize to you for absence for such a long time, may you have lots of joy in your life.. Kiss and hug from my angel

Baby's Shopping List (Daftar keperluan bayi)

Hiiii guys.. I've been absence for such a long time.. so sorry guys
I'm not really fanatic with make up anymore but I think it's due to my pregnancy..
Yes I'm 7 months pregnant now.. I'm so happyyyy... yeayyy..

For my blog post this time I'm gonna use Indonesian language because most of the stuff will be purchased in Indonesia plus it's not beauty stuff anyway ^^..

Jadiiii karena usia kandunganku sudah masuk 7 bulan menurut kata para tetua xixi udah boleh mulai hunting hunting baby stuff.. Supaya gak over budget, every momma gonna be harus bikin list keperluan baby apa apa aja yang must have item dan mana yang cuma lapar mata.. (gimana gak lapar mata, semua baby item lucu lucuuuu..)

So here comes the list (ini list secara umum ya, bisa berbeda buat setiap mommy)

CLOTHING

1. One piece outfit (jumper) : 5 sampe 7 buah, beli yang ukuran 3 months up karena baby cepet gedenya
2. Kaos berkancing depan : sekitar 1 setengah lusin atau lebih, bervariasi dari tanpa lengan, lengan pendek dan panjang
3. Leggings : 5 buah, cari yang elastis dan gak panas dipake 
4. Kaos tangan dan kaos kaki bayi 
5. Hat 
6. Bedong baby : sekitar 2 lusin
7. Celana baby : sekitar 1 setengah lusin lebih, bervariasi dari celana panjang dan celana pendek
8. Gurita baby : sekitar setengah lusin, cuma kepake semingguan aja sebelum udelnya puput jadi ga usah banyak banyak
9. Kaos singlet baby : sekitar 1 lusinan
10. Sweater atau jaket : 1 aja cukup, kalo beli banyak banyak tar gak kepake berhubung baby cepet skali gedenya..

DIAPERING

1. Diaper : sedia disposable diaper buat jaga jaga kalo pas cucian gak kering dan juga cloth diaper sekitar 2 lusin
2. Diaper rash cream atau ointment : buat mencegah diaper rash
3. Cotton ball, wipes, cloth wipes
4. Perlak kecil 
5. Pengharum ruangan atau kain buat semprot semprot in case berbau tak sedap

BABY GEAR

1. Gendongan : pengen beli yang semacam baby wrap sama gendongan depan xixi
2. Stroller : bisa pinjem punya saudara atau bahkan sewa, in my case pake punya kakaknya karena masih bagus.. lumayaaaan 
3. Car seat : beli kalo emang baby bakalan sering naek mobil plus nyetir sendiri.. buat yang ga kayaknya ga perlu
4. Ranjang bayi : pengalaman kakaknya udah pake ranjang bayi sendiri tapi ujung ujungnya selalu tidur bareng aku.. jadi gak pake ranjang bayi

BREAST FEEDING ATAU BOTTLE FEEDING 

1. Nipple cream : berbagai merk tersedia, gunanya agar nipple nya lebih soft dan kenyal
2. Breast pad 
3. Breast pump : biasanya aku belinya kalo emang butuh.. dari pada gak kepake
4. Botol susu : paling gak sedia 2 jaga jaga jika air susu gak keluar, bisa dipakai juga jika dalam keadaan  emergencies
5. Sikat botol
6. Baju berkancing depan 

BABY SOOTHER

1. Baby bouncer : kalo liat pengalaman teman, baby bouncer ini sangat membantu
2. Play mat : bisa dibeli bisa tidak 
3. Toys : seperti rattle, soft toys.. tapi untuk 3 bulan pertama belum dibutuhkan jadi bisa dibeli nanti nanti

SLEEPING 

1. Selimut : sekitar 2 buah supaya bisa buat gantian kalo dicuci atau kena ompol
2. Perlak besar 
3. Alas ompol : sekitar selusin an lebih 
4. Bantal peang : bantal yang ada buletan di tengahnya supaya kepala bayi jadi bulet xixi.. dipake baby dari 1-2 bulan 
5. Bantal dan guling bayi plus sedia sarung pengganti kurang lebih 2 motif

BABY BATH AND CARE

1. Handuk bayi
2. Ember bayi 
3. Wash cloth : lebih dari 1 supaya bisa dicuci
4. Baby shampoo dan baby soap : mending beli size kecil saja agar kalo ga cocok ga wasting money 
5. Sisir bayi
6. Baby scissors : kuku bayi cepet panjangnya
7. Minyak telon 
8. Baby bather : lumayan membantu tapi baru enak dipakai kalo baby nya dah berusia 3 bulan 

LAIN-LAIN

1. Termometer 
2. Detergent for baby

My New Love.. Bourjois Sweet Kiss Natural

Honestly, I've never try this brand before.. However the packaging is very eye catching for me every time I passed by the counter.. So one day I decided to try their lipstick for the first time..

I was interested to try their Sweet Kiss Lipstick line but they don't have the color that I wanted to buy in the counter.. Then they offered me the Sweet Kiss Natural Lipstick that has almost the same packaging.. 

For me this lipstick look alike Dior Lipstick in terms of the packaging.. Well not to much. *_*

It so cute. Baby pink transparent color so sleek.. Really impressed with the packaging.. For only Rp 145.000,- (around $ 14.50) the packaging that you get is far from "cheap"..

From the website they said that it's 100% natural formula, enriched with magnolia oil and shea butter.. intensely nourish lips leaving them supple and moisture for 8 hours.. All good stuffs that a girl couldn't resist..

This line has 8 shades, but in the counter they only got 2 shades.. What a heart breaking *_*

One is a rosy pink color (Rose tendre 06) and one is a coral color (Peche voluptueuse 02), the one that I got is number 02 because I have to much rosy pink color in my collection, although I might come back and purchase the other color.. Since I like it so much

It's not the typical lipstick that glides on smoothly in your lips.. It's a bit hard to apply, but surprisingly It's not drying at all after you put on.. It last quite a long time too.. 

So far this lipstick is recommended.. This in my new love.. 

I will definitely trying other products from Bourjois Cosmetic especially their mascara and their foundation that has been raved by a lot of people..  

Review : Maybelline Dream Matte Powder

Hi guys... Finally writing blog again.. ^^ ooh.. and happy fasting to all of you moslem reader out there..

All right.. Lets go on to the point.. 5 months ago I ordered this powder online and finally it's arrived about 3 months ago.. I'm so happy but.. the seller send me message that they got me the wrong shade and offered me to refund my money if it didn't match my skin.. Amazingly even its 2 shades lighter than my actual shade, it match my skin pretty well..

The packaging is so unique.. 

You have to swirl the packaging to get the puff and a mirror.. so cute ^^

But I hate the packaging color.. It looks tacky..

In the package, they claimed to be air soft matte perfection, oil free, won't clog pores, and dermatologist tested.. Which is sound so tempting isn't it..

I used this as a powder foundation in the morning when I'm in a hurry.. So far this powder does make my skin matte (I have combination normal to oily skin) and it doesn't break me out (just occasionally break out due to my time of the month)..

I really like this powder.. for only Rp 100.000,- ($ 10) I really recommend this product.. and I will definitely repurchase it again..

It's a short post.. I'm trully apologize but I'm really tired..

Since I miss blogging so much, short post definitely better than no post.. isn't it.. ^^

My ELF Essential eye brushes

These brushes is the first eye brushes that I bought when I started wearing make up.. I only bought 3 eye brushes from their collection.. I bought the Eye Shadow Brush, Blending Eye Brush and the Smudge Eye Sponge..

Of all the three brushes, only the smudge eye sponge that I dislike.. 

I bought from an Indonesian online shop with a price around Rp 35.000,- ( $ 3.50 ) due to shipping and taxes.. But It's actually worth $ 1 in the website www.eyeslipsface.com or $ 1.25 in www.nonpareilboutique.com 

It's super affordable brushes especially for those of you who just starting experimenting with make up.. The handle looks and feels cheap, not as sturdy as Ecotools brushes or Essence of Beauty Brushes but they haven't falling apart yet.. The hair bristles are a little bit stiff but not scratchy at all..

Eye Shadow Brush

This brush is soft and packs on color really nicely.. This is my favorite brush among those three.. 

It can be use to pack on color on your lid and your brow bone too.. But I like it for my brow bone since this brush is too big for my lid (I have a small eye lid.. )

I would definitely repurchase again this brush for a back up..

Blending Eye Brush

This brush is stiffer.. That's why it's packs on color really well in the crease.. 

It doesn't blend eye shadow as good as I want it to be so I don't use it as a blending brush.. I use it to put medium tone brown or other medium tone color on my crease.. Works pretty nicely..

Smudge Eye Sponge

This one is a failure.. at least for me.. I didn't read the name carefully, I thought it was a brush instead of a sponge.. My mistake guys.. *_*

The sponge doesn't do the job at all.. It's kind a hard to smudge your eye shadow or your eye liner with this sponge.. But I hate wasting my stuff.. So I try to figure out other usefulness for this brush.. Finally I find a way to make it work.. I use it as an inner corner highlight brush.. yippiee.. ^^

So.. Overall.. The only thing that I suggest to all of you to get is the Eye Shadow Brush and the Blending Brush..

I do have another ELF Essential eye brushes that still on my wishlist items like the brow wand and the eye crease brush.. Other than that not really stood out to me..

Nail of the Day : Tropical Temptation

I like pink peachy color this month.. This kind of color is so fresh and bright.. Loooove it.. ^^

I love Revlon Nail Polishes.. Revlon makes good quality nail polishes and very affordable for only Rp 33.000,- (around $ 3.30).. The consistency is pretty opaque too..  

The one that I'm wearing is no 914 Tropical Temptation..

Essence of Beauty Deluxe Duo Set Face Brushes (My go to travel face brushes)

Finally I have some spare time to write a post again ^^..  This month has been a super duper hectic month so I am truly apologize for my absence.. Okay on to the topic guys..

Since I'll be going on a vacation next week, I'll be reviewing one of my favorite travel make up brushes that I like to bring with..
It's the Essence of Beauty Deluxe Duo Set Face Brushes..

I bought this set online probably a year ago for about Rp 210.000,- (around $21).. You also can find this brushes on CVS for around $14.99 but we don't have CVS here in Indonesia (aaarghh... >.<)..
When I first got it, the brushes smelled weird.. They smelled like a goat especially the white angle blush brush side.. I had to washed it 3 times until I able to used it on my face.. I wonder does this thing ever happen to you guys?? or did I have the failure one..

But in terms of the quality this brushes are made of high quality hairs, it's even comparable with high end brushes.. I have this brushes for a year and it still like brand new one..
With this set you will get 3 duo sided brushes and 6 uses of them.. (it will safe space in your make up bag)

Here they are..

• Foundation & Concealer duo sided brush (Flat foundation type of brush like MAC 109.. I like the concealer brush because it has pointed tip really great for those hard-to-reach corners)

• Blush & Powder duo sided brush (The angle blush brush is doing a good job for applying blush.. On the other hand the powder brush is to small for setting my powder so what I like to do is using it as a highlighting brush.. Works pretty well since it has a tapered shape)

• Blending & Eye Shadow duo sided brush (The blending brush I like to use it to set my under eye concealer with a powder.. While the eye shadow brush well I don't use it for that purpose.. I use it for contour my nose since it has angle shape and fit my nose perfectly)

I like those brushes, but the down side is I still have to bring my other face brushes like a powder brush (since I don't like the powder brush from the set) and a brush for my bronzer.. But still it does safe some spaces in your make up bag since it has two sided.. and I love the quality of them..

Here's my review  :

PRO  :

• You get 6 uses of brushes with affordable price..
• The brushes is soft and made of high quality hairs and materials.. I use it almost a year and it still like brand new one
• It comes with a zip lock plastic case which I like to use since I cannot put my duo sided brushes in a regular brush case..

CON  :

• The brushes smell weird *_* (at least the one that I bought)

Overall I will recommend this brush set.. Nice and affordable.. ^^

Acnes UV Tint SPF 30.. My new love.. :)

Two weeks ago my mom went to jakarta.. so i messaged her to bought me some stuffs from Watson drugstore.. like Olay in shower body lotion and some other stuffs.. but sadly they were sold out..
The only thing in my wish list that were not sold out was Acnes UV tint in SPF 30.. But it's okey.. i'm quite happy with that..
I used to use Bless sunscreen lotion in SPF 25 (Indonesian brand) but it's almost run out.. Actually i quite like it but i just want to switch and try other product rather than buying the same stuff.. I'm such an impulse buyer *-*
The product itself retail for Rp 39.000,- (almost $4).. so it still very affordable..

I've been using acnes for more than a week now and i loooooove it..
It absorbed very quickly in my face and it doesn't greasy at all.. It has SPF 30 which is better than my bless one, although it may not high enough for some people.. The packaging says that it contain isopropyl methylphenol which fights bacteria and prevents acne.. it also contain vit E and vit B6 that can keep the skin moist.. The good part is it doesn't contain oil and alcohol.. so far so good.. right?!  :)

This sunscreen is slightly tinted so it can be used as a make up base. For me this is time saving, especially in the morning. What i do is put on a moisturizer, then i'm using this sunscreen and finish it with powder.. and i'm good to go.. however it's not going to cover all the imperfections on your face..
Notes  :  shake well before using this product..

Well blended.. ^^

See guys.. it doesn't greasy at all.. Looooove it.. :)

Review : LT Pro Translucent Powder

Hi Guys.. Here are some thoughts about LT Pro Translucent Powder from me.. hope u like it..
Aku pake LT Pro powder ini buat nge set Maybelline liquid foundie ku yang udah ku review di post sebelumnya..
LT Pro adalah salah satu brand make up PROfessional Made in Indonesia yang aku suka selain of course PAC dan Moors Cosmetic..
Aku sudah pake powder ini hampir setahun dan ga ada efek yang aneh-aneh (luckily)..
Waktu terakhir jaman beli sih harganya Rp 45.000,- ini dah termasuk diskon 10%  karena waktu itu aku beli di salah satu toko di jogja yang memang selalu kasih diskon setiap beli kosmetik..(which is one of so many reason i miss jogja hehe)..

Di website nya disebutkan kalo powder ini mengandung vit E dan avocado oil which is a good thing.. right..
BUT.. powder ini juga mengandung silica.. buat beberapa orang yang alergi terhadap silica,they can get milia (jerawat-jerawat kecil putih).. lucky me i'm not one of them.. :) Karena silica sebenarnya bisa menyerap kelebihan minyak dan membuat make up tetap segar..

Kalo itu terjadi hentikan aja pemakaian kosmetik yang mengandung silika nya dan milia nya pasti juga ikut ilang lama lama..
Well back to the powder guys..
LT Pro powder ini ada 4 shades, clair (buat fair skin), mauve (buat beige skin), ochre (buat yellow skin/kuning langsat) and ombre (the darkest among those three).. SA nya milihin warna mauve buat aku..

Buat aplikasinya aku suka pake powder brush dari sigma, mine is the travel size one..

Ga bikin mukaku kelihatan powdery dan juga bisa menghilangkan kilap in my T zone (i have a combination normal to oily skin) tapi sayangnya ga bertahan lama juga dan kadang kalo pake nya kebanyakan bisa settle di garis-garis kerut dan kelihatan too cakey.. Jadi makenya tipis tipis aja..Just a dust
Yang aku ga terlalu suka sih baunya.. it's too strong.. buat yang punya sensitif skin yang ga bisa pake make up yang ada fragance nya mungkin ga cocok kali ya pake ini.. 

Here's the review  :
PRO  :

• Harganya terjangkau Rp 45.000,- (sorry kalo udah beda ya harganya.. aku belinya mungkin sekitar setengah tahun yang lalu)
• Buat setting powder hasilnya natural, not to powdery
• Ga bikin jerawatan (at least for me)

CON  :

• Baunya terlalu kuat.. harum sih tapi too strong.. kalo udah biasa ya lama-lama oke oke aja
• Ga tahan lama di aku T.T (cepet luntur)

 Kesimpulannya sih aku bakal repurchase lagi ni powder apalagi buat sehari hari very affordable.. :) 

Maybelline mineral liquid foundation in apricot sand review

Didalam pencarianku buat liquid foundation yang not to thick plus match with my skin color, iseng iseng pas lagi jalan jalan di mall pengen nyobain Maybelline clear smooth mineral liquid foundation.. Sebenernya udah kapok juga sih beli foundie dari Maybelline karena seringnya warnanya ga ada yang match sama warna kulitku plus kadang hard to blend.. tapi berhubung harganya cuma Rp 69.000,-  (meskipun tube nya juga kecil) I think worth to try lah...

Ini dia penampakan produknya.. ^^

Foundie ini easy to blend, teksturnya ga tebel tebel amat ya mirip-mirip tinted moisturizer cuma agak kentel dikit..
Sayangnya pilihan warnanya cuma ada 4 :( , shell beige (untuk kulit yang very fair), rose white (agak ke pink tone), apricot sand (cocok buat olive skin) dan natural buff (lebih ke natural kata SA nya jadi buat darker skin tone juga masuk.. tapi kalo kuliat liat lebih nge pink deh)..
SAnya sih recommend natural buff tapi waktu ku swatch kekulitku jatuhnya lebih nge pink jadi dengan sedikit ngotot aku minta yang Apricot Sand karena kulitku cenderung agak sawo matang.. dan untung pas dipake dirumah pas banget sama my skin tone.. horray.. ga mubadzir deh ^^

Aku suka pake foundie ini buat malam hari, karena siangnya aku lebih suka pake powder foundation. Aku makenya paling cuma se- pea size amount..

Biasanya aku nge blend foundie ini pake essence of beauty flat foundation brush dengan small stroke motion atau kalo pengen lebih coverage pake elf flat top brush dengan stippling motion..

Ga keliatan pake foundie kan.. very natural.. aku suka pake buat daily basis karena lebih natural dan ga tebel aja..

So here's the review  :
PRO  :

• Harganya cukup affordable Rp 69.000,- (jaman aku beli dulu ya.. belum ceki-ceki lagi mohon maaf kalo salah hehe)
• Easy to blend
• Buat yang suka sheer coverage foundie pasti suka (aku salah satunya..)

CONS  :

• Cuma ada 4 pilihan warna aja.. Grrrh..
• Ga tahan lama.. dalam waktu beberapa jam aja juga dah luntur makanya aku suka pake pas malam hari..
• Ga bakal nutup noda-noda diwajah karena dia cuma sheer-medium coverage jadi ya kudu pake concealer

Kesimpulanku sih aku tetep bakal repurchase lagi ni produk karena aku suka sheer coverage foundation.. toh ini juga kupake cuma buat daily basis aja.. Untuk special occasion aku pake foundie yang lain karena selain tipis produk ini juga ga tahan lama (ya iyalah bukan colorstay product hehe)...
So worth to try lah.. kalo pada punya pengalaman pake foundie ini share ya guys.. ^^

Ayam goreng tepung kobe original

Hari ini lagi males masak hehe.. perasaan kapan rajinnya ya..
Jadi ya biar gampang n cepet akhirnya masak ayam goreng tepung pake tepung kobe original..
Enak banget kalo dicocol saus sambal.. Begini nih caranya..

Bahan  :

• 1/2 kg ayam
• 2 bungkus tepung kobe original
• 1 butir putih telur saja dikocok
• 1 ruas jahe digeprek

Bumbu Halus  :

• 2 siung bawang putih
• 1 sdt garam
• Merica sesukanya (tergantung selera)

Cara  :

• Rebus ayam bersama bumbu halus ditambah jahe sampai ayam empuk dan air sedikit habis.. (ya kurang lebih 1/2 jam)
• Kemudian ayam yang sudah direbus tadi diguling-gulingkan di tepung kobe original sampe rata, supaya adonannya lebih tebal setelah digulingkan di tepung kobe tadi lalu digulingkan di kocokan putih telor kemudian digulingkan lagi di adonan tepungnya.
• Goreng dalam minyak panas yang banyak sampai kuning kecoklatan lalu angkat
• Nah ini step yang paling enak.. saatnya makan pake cocolan saus sambal

Nah selamat mencoba.. ^^ oh ya hidangkan panas panas ya

Veet Hair Removal untuk kulit sensitif Review

Sudah lama sebenarnya pengen nyobain produk ini.. tapi lupa-lupa mulu.. hehe
Baru 2 hari yang lalu pas lagi belanja makanan di sebuah supermarket ga sengaja liat ni produk jadi inget lagi deh, tambah lagi harganya very affordable cuma 11 ribu perak jadinya langsung aja yuk capcus bungkusssss deh....

Ada 3 macam produk yang dikeluarin sama Veet Hair Removal ini, yaitu Lotus and Jasmine untuk kulit normal, Shea Butter and Lily untuk kulit kering dan yang terakhir Wheat-germ Oil and Orchid untuk kulit sensitif.

Berhubung kulitku termasuk kulit sensitif yang cepet banget timbul kemerahan dan gatal-gatal kalo abis praktek cabut-cabut bulu makanya aku beli yang untuk kulit sensitif..
Ini dia penampakan veet yang aku beli kemarin.. ^^

Isinya terdapat krim penghilang rambut plus satu spatula imut imut..

Yang pertama kali kulihat waktu membaca aturan pakai nya itu adalah tulisan "JANGAN BIARKAN KRIM PADA KULIT LEBIH DARI 10 MENIT"..
Waduh berarti kudu bawa timer nih ke kamar mandi.. (agak lebay dikit :P).. jadi bertanya tanya kira-kira kalo lebih dari 10 menit apa yang terjadi ya...
Plus banyak juga larangan larangan lainnya seperti jangan digunakan untuk kulit bernoda, bekas luka, bintik-bintik, luka maupun iritasi..
Jadi buat yang mau pakai WAJIB baca aturan pakainya..

Begitu kubuka tutup tube nya.. ya ampun baunya.. meskipun ada hint of flower nya tapi baunya mirip obat pewarna rambut murah yang bikin kliyengan.. untung aja setelah 2 menitan bau ga enaknya pelan-pelan ilang..
Kemarin malam kucoba olesin sedikit di bagian dalam siku buat ngeliat ada ga reaksi alergi.. dan thank God ga ada yang artinya ga mubadzir hehe..
Tapi bad news nya berhubung kakiku ada bintik-bintik akibat alergi jadi aku ga berani pake dikaki so hari ini aku coba pake buat ngilangin my armpit hair..

• Yang pasti sih harganya.. murmer..cuma Rp 11.000,- di toko-toko swalayan terdekat
• It does work.. bulu-bulu kecabut semua..

• I hate the scent.. mungkin buat beberapa orang ga masalah dengan baunya.. tapi aku ga tahan hiks.. T.T
• Harus menunggu 24 jam setelah pemakaian baru boleh menggunakan deodorant.. for me it's just annoying except kalo aku lagi diem aja dirumah ga butuh beraktifitas apa-apa
• Harus inget waktu saat memakai produk ini kalo perlu bawa timer sekalian.. daripada kulitnya kenapa napa..

Kesimpulannya sih kayaknya aku ga bakal repurchase  lagi deh ni produk.. lebih simpel pake shaving foam aja and gillette daisy..
So is it worth buying?? I don't think so !!

Akhirnya punya nyali juga buat nge bikin blog.. hehe.. meskipun sambil meraba-raba dalam kegelapan berhubung selama ini cuma jadi pembaca setia beberapa blog saja..
